I’m all about support systems. My next system I like to talk about are sisters. So my family seems complicated on paper, but life is what it is.. I have a sister on my mom’s side and one on my dad’s side. I like to refer to them sometimes as Mom #1 and Mom #2. It’s a big gap between us (10 years is the biggest gap).

As I have grown, I have looked to them for guidance. It’s the things that go on in the background that makes me love them. I see how they handle stress. I see how hard they work. One thing I know that we do for each other is pray!!!! It’s their prayers that I know helped me get through heartache. It was their prayers, along with many others, that got me through college. So, I know that my sisters have my back. I know I have theirs.
